Hunters Moor | John Donovan
John Donovan is a trained nurse who worked as a senior NHS manager between 1991 and 2007. Between 1997- 2007 he specialised in managing services for individuals with complex disabilities.
Along with Mike Barnes he developed NHS neurological rehabilitation services in the north east culminating in the opening of Walkergate Park, International Centre for Neurological Rehabilitation and Neuropsychiatry.
He gained an MBA from Durham University in 1998 and his special interest is the quality and delivery of rehabilitation services.
